Traffic Light Controller

A scale model traffic light controller - control up to two signal heads, each with 4 directions, WITH pedestrian crossing
Has multiple modes of operation:
1)Modern USA mode - 3 color light with pedestrian crossing, aka walk/don't walk
2)Old style USA two color traffic light - common before the 1980s or so - instead of amber, it displays RED+GREEN as the caution aspect
3)Flashing - flashes red in one direction, amber/yellow in the other - sometimes used at night, or when a traffic light is broken, or on just a flashing crossing
4)European (Read Germany, Poland etc) mode.  This displays RED+AMBER before the green
