Table Mount LED Driver 1.7mA with mounting holes and connectors

Input is 5 to 30 volts, AC, DC or DCC.  
Will  keep a white LED alive for about 1 second on loss of DCC power

These products were developed for a very simple reason.  I have a T-Track module that has a lighted building (see the front page) but realized I had an issue - I don't know what type of accessory power I'm going to get.  DC? AC? Off the DCC bus? Batteries?

In addition a common question at the club is always "What dropping resistor do I need?"
Well, that depends - what is the voltage you have, and what the Vf of the LED is, AKA what color is it?

Knowing that LEDs are really about current (NOT voltage), I've designed a simple product that takes all that guesswork away
